The President and CEO

Johnna Coleman-Yates successfully merged her passion for service and learning with a 25+ year professional career in leadership and learning and development in multiple industries including adult and higher education and the corporate, human services, government, and nonprofit sectors.


Johnna has served as teaching faculty, a trainer and coach, and presented at numerous national conferences and symposiums to provide innovative strategies, best practices, and program models for sustainable solutions in organizational and workforce development, leadership development, higher education and student success, K12 college and career pathways, and nonprofit management.


Johnna also serves as the Chief Learning Officer for the Coleman Yates Group which specializes in organizational and workforce development training, management consulting, and business content creation. As a pivotal Human Resources partner, the Coleman Yates Group's team of subject matter experts designs and customizes learning and development, content, programs, and initiatives (DEI, Change Management, Leadership – Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, Team Engagement, Customer Engagement and Success, etc.) to optimize talent, transform organizational culture and enhance sustainability and growth for corporation, the government, educational institutions, and nonprofits.
